Product overview

The pre-assembled, compact two-pipe solar station offers an innovative solution for the efficient operation of circulation pumps. Featuring the high-quality Environ EcoStar Pro Solar 15/6 high-efficiency pump, this system is optimally equipped to reliably handle even demanding applications.

The entire assembly is completely ready for connection and, thanks to its careful pre-assembly, particularly user-friendly. Thanks to the integrated EPS thermal insulation shell, it is one of the modern, low-maintenance systems that meets the needs of a wide variety of applications.

Features

Equipped with a flow controller covering a range of 2 to 12 l/min, the solar station enables precise, demand-oriented operation. This allows the system to be optimally adjusted to variable hydraulic requirements.

The design also provides a flexible connection for the expansion tank, while the integrated solar safety valve and pressure gauge ensure safe and continuous operation. The side opening also promotes effective pump cooling, which is particularly beneficial during continuous operation.

Innovative technology and comfort

The solar station impresses with its innovative features, such as the ability to charge, drain, and clean the circulation pump without having to drain the entire system. Integrated air vents in the supply line ensure uninterrupted air escape, further supporting smooth operation.

High-quality shut-off valves with built-in check valves and thermometers provide precise control and monitoring functions. These convenient solutions enable simplified system operation and rapid adaptation to specific requirements.

Technical details and materials

Only robust materials and innovative technologies are used in production. The insulation is made of black EPP with a density of 40 g/l, which guarantees a secure, flat-sealing surface and durable seals. This ensures high protection against weather influences and temperature fluctuations.

The flanged ball valves, each equipped with a thermometer, contribute to precise monitoring of the system temperature. The sophisticated design and high-quality components make this solar station a reliable choice for demanding applications.

Installation and connection

The solar station was designed to be as ready-to-connect as possible, allowing it to be easily integrated into existing systems. With the flexible connection for the expansion tank and the option of wall-mounted storage tank installation, a wide variety of installation scenarios can be realized.

The pre-assembled design significantly reduces installation effort. This enables rapid operation, while the ready-to-insulate construction also ensures effective protection against temperature fluctuations.
