The ROJEK KTP 20 – 49 hot water boilers for manual feeding are specially designed for the efficient combustion of logs and Kostka brown coal.

Thanks to their innovative design, they can also be operated with a variety of alternative fuels. These include short logs, wood briquettes, lignite briquettes, wood chips, sawdust, and other types of biomass. The use of mixed fuels is also possible, thanks to the flexible design of the Rojek KTP gasification boiler.

Energy is generated through a two-stage process: First, the fuels used are gasified under controlled conditions. This is followed by complete and clean conventional combustion. The combination of these two processes ensures particularly efficient fuel utilization. The primary and secondary air supply is easily controlled manually, which supports optimal combustion and long burn times.

The Rojek KTP 30 kW gasification boiler is characterized by its robust, welded steel construction made of high-quality boiler sheet. All walls of the boiler body are double-walled, water-jacketed, and specially insulated – including the grate, which consists of special heat pipes. This design maximizes heat transfer efficiency and contributes significantly to extending its service life.

Users particularly appreciate this model's ease of use and uncomplicated cleaning. The Rojek KTP 30 kW gasification boiler requires no electricity to operate – it operates entirely without a fan or electronic control system. It can be flexibly connected to both single-circuit systems and systems with a circulation pump.
